By 1997, Corolla was named the best selling car ever. In 2005, Toyota celebrated the 30 millionth Corolla sold. Over the years, Corollas have seen several different incarnations, including a wagon and a coupe. Currently, the Corolla is available only as a sedan.

Corollas are perhaps most famous for their longevity. Owners often describe them as "bulletproof," and some claim to have racked up more than 600,000 miles.
